All bookings are done directly through le Roseau, either in person or over the phone.

Registration hours: from 9am to 8pm on weekdays and from 1pm to 7pm on weekends and public holidays.

The number of rooms available each day is not known precisely in advance, as check-out is dependent on patients being released from the hospital. The volunteers always take booking requests, but cannot promise accommodation, particularly during busy periods. Le Roseau does its best to welcome everyone. It is not a hotel but a welcome center!
